Noelle Deleon is an Interdisciplinary Artist residing in Houston,Texas.

AS AN ARTIST AND WRITER , HER practice centers the ANALYZATION AND dissection of artistic expression, black history AND THE ARTS.

IN 2019, SHE BEGAN HER JOURNEY AS AN ARCHIVIST, WITH A FOCUS ON THE CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FEMME QUEEN CATEGORIES.

AS AN ARCHIVIST, SHE IS COMMITTED TO THE HISTORY AND PROGRESSION OF BALLROOM AS A CIVILIZATION.

WHO AM I?

SHE RESIDES WITH THE legendary HOUSE OF XCLUSIVE LANVIN, AND the legendary KIKI HOUSE OF VERSACE.

NOELLE BUILT HER PLATFORM AROUND HIGHLIGHTING VARIOUS Femme QUEENS FROM BALLROOM THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA outlets.

IN February 2021, she was named a “Leader of The New School” by The Marsha P. Johnson Institute for her work honoring black trans women in the ballroom community.

In 2022, she completed her work as a fellow with The Crystal La’Beija Organizing Fellowship, receiving support and mentorship in community organizing, and as an artist with the Southern arts Collective Impact Cohort for queer artists in the community.

As a student, she’s studying to obtain her degreeS in psychology, counseling AND EDUCATION.

SHE PLANS TO ACQUIRE HER LICENSURE AS A COUNSELOR AND AN EDUCATOR to wORK within THE HUMAN SERVICE FIELD TO distribute resources and aftercare to her communities.

Noelle’s work has been showcased with The NYU Hemispheric Institute, The University of Oklahoma, THEM Magazine, LA Times and ACADEMIC & ARTISTIC institutions worldwide.

SHE IS PREPARING TO PUBLISH HER FIRST ACADEMIC Article WITH TRANS QAUTERLY STUDIES IN SUMMER 2026.

SHE IS CURRENTLY WRITING HER AUTOBIOGRAPHY TITLED “HOW TO UNRAVEL’’, AND WORKING TO EXPAND HER ARCHIVAL work.
